Terms of Service
Agentic Workspace ("the app") is a private tool operated by Guidant Operations ("we") for its own use. By using it you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
The app is for the personal use of the account owner who connects it. Do not use it to break the law, to access an account you do not own, or to interfere with Google's services. You must follow Google's own terms when you connect a Google account.
Your Google account
You stay in control of your Google account. You can disconnect the app, or remove its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, at any time. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
No sending
The app can save email drafts but cannot send email. Anything that is sent is sent by you, from your own mail account.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Calendar and mail views may be delayed or wrong. Check anything important in Gmail or Google Calendar directly.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including missed events or messages.
Changes and contact
