Privacy Policy
Agentic Workspace ("the app") is a personal tool run by Guidant Operations ("we") on a private server. This policy explains what Google account data the app accesses and how it is handled. Contact: hello@guidantoperations.tech.
What the app accesses
When the owner signs in with Google, the app requests only these permissions:
- Gmail, read-only: to show unread and starred messages (sender, subject, date and a short preview) and an unread count.
- Gmail, compose: only to save a reply as a draft. The app does not send email.
- Google Calendar, events: to show upcoming events and to create a new event when the owner asks.
How the data is used
Google data is used only to provide the features above to the account owner, inside the owner's own dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or sale.
The owner may ask their own AI assistants to help sort the inbox. When they do, message senders, subjects and previews are passed to the AI service the owner has configured, only to carry out that request. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and retention
- The app stores one Google refresh token per connected account, in a private file on our server that only the server's administrator can read.
- Messages and events are fetched when the dashboard is open and held in memory for about a minute. They are not copied into a database.
- Drafts and events the owner creates live in the owner's own Google account.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with other people or companies. The only transfers are to Google itself, and to the AI service described above at the owner's request, or where the law requires it.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Agentic Workspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
The owner can disconnect Google at any time from the dashboard, which deletes the stored token and revokes access with Google. Access can also be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or delete anything we hold, email hello@guidantoperations.tech.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
